Introduction

Our services include tree surveys and reports compliant with BS 5837:2012 and associated plans and reports, including Arboricultural Impact Assessment (AIA), Arboricultural Method Statements (AMS) and Tree Protection Measures. We also undertake hazard and risk assessments, management, mortgage and insurance reports, and act for clients in connection with tree preservation orders (TPO), high hedge disputes and planning appeals.

We are used to working on both sensitive and complex development sites, and, having considerable experience administering development control on behalf of Local Planning Authorities, have a very high success rate negotiating with LPA’s where existing trees make development proposals particularly difficult or potentially unacceptable. We also offer services in relation to Stategic Development submissions and Visual Landscape Assessments.
