Bocking Place, Braintree
Bocking Place, Braintree, Essex, the former home of the Courtauld family, saw the
conversion of this landmark Victorian mansion into eleven luxury apartments and
new dwellings within the substantial grounds.
Open Spaces was appointed with a multi-disciplinary commission to provide Arboricultural
consultancy, landscape masterplanning and landscape design services to the project,
which completed in 2005.
