Planning requirements are usually at the heart of our commissions, both for landscape design and arboricultural consultancy projects.

These commissions vary from discharging conditions and addressing reserved matters to detailed negotiations in respect of trees, master planning or landscape design. Where development has been refused, we have considerable experience of planning appeals.
