Working with project and cost management consultants Kempton Smith, this proposal for a 30 unit mixed use development arranged over several floors includes a communal roof terrace garden incorporating children’s play, seating and containerised planting.

Tasked with discharging planning conditions for this sensitive site fronting the river Lea in Hackney, services included tree related survey and reports, detailed hard and soft landscape design and management plans, including overcoming technical issues in relation to substrate depths required by the LPA to meet biodiversity criteria associated with the brown roof.
