Cornwall Council’s West Sub-Area Planning Committee was initially minded to approve this development proposal for up to 165 new homes on the edge of St Ives, Cornwall.
Appointed at the outset as landscape consultants with a brief that included production of a LVIA and outline landscape design, the scheme has now been called in by the Secretary of State. Open Spaces will provide on-going services as the proposal proceeds to a full Public Inquiry during the course of 2017.
The proposal development is situated to the southern edge of the historical and picturesque town of St.Ives and the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
