42 individual residential units have been created on this 3400m2 site which is located on the Southend arterial road, on the outskirts of Romford. Commencing with site constraints via a B55837 tree survey, Open Spaces subsequently took the landscape scheme through planning and detailed design.

The proposals included both private and communal landscapes, access, parking and ancillary utility areas, green roof systems and a planting scheme with a Secured by Design component (for which the overall development has been submitted for a Gold Award).
The site frontage is enhanced with the planting of semi-mature London Plane trees.
