Open Spaces were appointed by Bouygues UK Ltd as Landscape Architects and Tree Consultants to steer this multi-million pound development scheme for new campus accommodation through detailed design and discharge of reserved matters.
Commencing with tree consultancy services in relation to mature existing trees, the finished scheme includes a substantial courtyard style hub defined by semi-mature tree planting and legible hard landscape features, defensive and ornamental planting referencing the national postcode plant database to support on-site ecology, together with a substantial ‘dark ecological corridor’.
