Proposals for this open space situated close to the waterfront in Erith, Kent, include a stepped 4 to 5 storey building, associated landscape and the protection of a row of significant lime trees growing on adjacent land.
Acting as both Landscape Architect and Tree Consultant, the project, which has been subject to public consultation, includes new native tree planting to enhance and meet ecological recommendations, ornamental planting including feature / focal point trees to provide a strong visual aesthetic within the site context, a defensive planting component for security, and a scheme of hard landscape to support the built form.
